We pick crabmeat year round and we specialize in both fresh and frozen crabmeat.  We also ship our product by truck daily, Monday through Saturday.  We are H.A.C.C.P. certified by the US Pure food and Drug Administration. 


  JUMBO LUMP

This portion of the crab
is known as delicatessen.  It is used mainly in West Indies Salads. 

 

LUMP CRABMEAT

This portion of the crab
is most commonly called
"White Meat" and is used in crab molds, crab cakes, stuffing, and seafood salads. 

 

COCKTAIL FINGERS

This portion of the crab is most commonly called
"The Claw Pincher" and is a favorite.  Batter it up and fry or marinate it for a delicious appetizer to any meal. 

 

CLAW MEAT

This portion of the
crab is most commonly
called "Dark Meat"
and it holds the most
flavor of the crab.
It is used in gumbos,
omelets, crab cakes,
and stuffing.
